FAQs
-
How do bearing heaters work?Bearing heating devices provide homogeneous heating of the bearing by passing high current through the bearing with the effect of magnetic field. Meanwhile, the device itself or any part of it does not heat up. Due to the magnetic field created during operation, electronic devices, mechanical watches and people with pacemakers should be at least 1.5 meters away.
-
How to use bearing heaters? The heater is placed on a flat surface. If the inner diameter of the roller is suitable for heating in the Turbo heating section, it is placed horizontally in the device. The circuit is completed by selecting the thickest heating bar. If the inner diameter of the bearing is smaller than the Turbo section, the thickest bar passing through the bearing is passed through it and positioned vertically on the device. The magnetic tip of the temperature probe is fixed to the inner ring of the bearing. Then one of the temperature or time modes is selected on the device. During the heating process, you can increase or slow down the heating speed by pressing the power button.
-
Which model to choose? In order to make the right choice, when selecting your bearing heating device, you should consider the inner and outer diameters and weight of the bearings you use most. On the product pages, you can find the technical data for that product. If you are still undecided, we will be happy to help you.
-
Does the bearing heater itself get hot?No, it does not. Heating occurs only in the bearing placed on the device. The bearing does not need to be in contact with the device or the heating bars, as heating occurs with the magnetic field.
-
How long does it takes to heat a bearing? The heating time varies depending on the inner and outer diameter, weight, material and ambient temperature of the material to be heated.
-
Can I heat parts other than bearings?Of course. In addition to bearings, you can heat all closed-circuit conductors such as gears, pulleys, bearings and rings in your device.
